S M Control Engineering designs and installs custom control systems for both manual and automatic plating lines.

All of our control system software is pre-installed and tested. We also provide full training and support services for the operation and maintenance of the control system.

Over the last 10 years S M Control Engineering have developed specialist automation and control software which can monitor and control a number of hoist transporters and tank devices. The control is accomplished through a Scada and PLC systems working hand in hand. The system included a colour touch-screen as the operator interface.

The system features a "load screen" which allows users to determine when a load will be processed. As the loads are stacked in the matrix, the system tells the user when the load will be picked up and when it will be returned. The user can continually alter the input mix in order to meet production requirements and maximize throughput.

Our control system feature intelligent batch processing capabilities, enabling it to optimize operations across multiple batches. Our control systems offer comprehensive real-time monitoring of critical parameters such as rectifier current, voltage and power mode.

The control system, where required allows for control of the rotation speed of barrels at designated stations. It can provide adjustable speed settings to accommodate varying process requirements and product specifications.

S M Control Engineering control systems and control panels are custom engineered to suit your production requirements. Proven production control software manages the transporter system and provides and easy to use graphic user interface.

We offer Fixed Time operation for maximum throughput and Random Scheduling software for maximum flexibility.
